The Clark County Council on Alcohol and Drugs (CCCoAD) is a private, non-profit corporation which has been providing the community with support services in the area of alcohol and drug abuse since 1962. These services are under the direction of a volunteer board and carried out by a professional director and highly trained staff. Our programs are certified by Washington State Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (DASA) and the Department of Health (DOH).

Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF) has been serving our community since 1967. During this time, EOCF was formed as a Community Action Agency to fight the War on Poverty.

From over 40 years of steady growth and expansion, EOCF now provides services to more than 2,000 low-income children and families in four SW Washington counties each year.

Innovative Services NW is a non-profit organization that values, assists and supports children, adults and families in our community who have disabilities or other disadvantages. We do this through offering a continuum of services including therapy and childcare for children; employment training and job support for teens and adults; and intervention, education and support for families.

The goals of our service, provided through our various programs, are to:
